We want you to be 100% satisfied! ToeGoz will accept the exchange or return of any unused products within 30 days of the date of purchase. It’s easy to make an exchange or return, simply send the product back to ToeGoz in the original packaging and include a copy of the packing slip or email notification and be sure to include all relevant contact information including name, mailing address, and phone number.

Wholesale customers, this applies to you too. Please review your Wholesale Agreement for full disclosure, but know that we want you to be proud to carry ToeGoz products, and always satisfied with your experience.

Your Custom Order Guarantee

We love our custom orders, and we put care and attention into each one we produce in our Portland, Maine headquarters. Because custom products are made to order, we cannot accept returns as we do with standard products, but we still want to be sure you’re satisfied with your experience with ToeGoz.

And while we have some great flip flops for kids, our website is not geared for audiences under 13, so parents can rest assured that their kids are not ever targeted by our site or marketing practices. (Besides, we know it’s the parents buy the flops!)
